Community Groups
Comprised of two delegates from Townhomes, two delegates from Villas and five delegates from Single Family, this committee is responsible for the appropriation of funds, enforcement of the bylaws and covenants and other operational duties.
The Welcoming Committee is our neighborhood “Welcome Wagon” and is typically the first contact new neighbors have with Leawood Falls. Responsibilities include
welcoming new neighbors and delivering welcome packets with neighborhood information regarding trash pickup, contact information and mailbox keys.
