The Board decided that a dues adjustment would be necessary for 2008. Therefore, effective January 1, 2008, the monthly dues have been increased as follows:
Single Family $50
Villa $148
Townhome, Interior $170
Townhome, Exterior $195
In 2005, the Board implemented the following rules for the assessment of fees:
- Two months in arrears will be assessed a late fee of 12% of the monthly dues. Each month thereafter, an additional 12% late fee will be assessed.
- Six months in arrears will be assessed a one time fee equal to one month’s dues in addition to the 12% late fee and a lien will be filed on the property.
