It has been brought to our attention that numerous groups of people from Siena and Tuscany Reserve, possibly more, are coming to our pool to swim. This is completely unacceptable unless they are invited guests with a Leawood Falls resident with them. With the Ali Kemp & Kelsey Smith tragedies happening so close to home, it really is all of our duties to make sure our community is kept safe. If you do not recognize someone at the pool, it is completely acceptable for you to ask if they live here and if not, you shoud ask them to leave. I know it will not offend anyone living here if you ask, they will know you are just trying to keep all the kids safe. Besides the fact that people who dont live here or pay dues will not take care of our pool or rules the way they shoud be.
Highlands Ranch has been fed up with this problem as well and not only has a key entry but also a person sitting at the entrance of their pool.
Hopefully we can find a solution to this problem and have a more secure pool. Please let us know if you have any ideas or comments.
