To those residents of Leawood Falls that do not know me.....my name is Bob Noll.  I am a life time Kansan...born and grew up in Atchison, KS...graduated from K U  and  lived and worked  in Fort Scott , Kansas for about 40 years.... in 1993  after my wife died I moved to Leawood and purchased the townhouse at 13767  Pembroke Circle  . Annual Meeting Reminder

Just a friendly reminder that the Annual Meeting is this Thursday, Jan. 26th at 7:00pm. We hope that you are planning to attend. Your vote is important, please contact a Board Member is you need a proxy ballot.  The Annual Meeting is being at Tomahawk Ridge Community Center, 11902 Lowell Ave.  Directions:  Go west on 119th St. When you reach Hardy St. make a u-turn (it is allowed and legal). Annual Meeting-Jan. 26th

Caroling Night Reminder

  Join  your neighbors for the 2nd Annual Leawood Falls Caroling Night! Meet at the clubhouse and plan to visit the villas and townhomes. We will return to the clubhouse around 8:00pm for Cookies and Cocoa! If you are unable to join us but would like us to make a stop at your house please contact any board member.   Please bring any canned goods to be donated to  a local food pantry. Fall Festival was a SUCCESS!

Thanks so much for all those you attended the Fall Festival! It was an amazing night and it was so great to see over 120 neighbors!  THANK YOU to everyone who volunteered and gave donations to help make the night possible!

Leawood Falls Shoe Drive

Fall Festival

Can't wait to see everyone tomorrow! Just a reminder that things start at 5:00. Don't forget to bring an appetizer, side dish or dessert to share as well as your own drinks. Feel free to also bring your lawn chairs and/or blankets to sit on.  We have included a service project with the Fall Festival.... a shoe drive in Leawood Falls.
